Making Connections

Making Connections is a strategy for reading. Text to Self, Text to Text and Text to World can help you  make connections.

Text to Self is connecting a text or character that you inferred with something you already done, but it has to be something thats connects with the text or character that you inferred. 

Text to Text is connecting a text or character that you inferred with another text, but its has to connect with the other text or character that you inferred. 

Text to World is connecting a text or character that you inferred with a thing that happens around the world, but it has to connect with the text or character that you inferred.
An example of these are on the image below.

Making connections is an important way to understand a definition or similarity. Connecting stuff with other things can help you understand things like definitions.
