LS1 and I went to the pools to learn about water safety.
First our instructor taught us how to get in any pool safely. To get into the pool safely, I must put both of my hands on the wall, turn around and get inside of the pool.
Next our instructor taught us about back sculling. Sculling is for floating down in rivers. To scull I must lift my feet above the water and put my hands infront of me to keep me safe.
To finish up our instructor taught us front sculling. To scull forwards I must keep my head above the water and push with my hands.
The experience was amazing because I can use these skills in case I am in danger. I think I need to practice my sculling because most of the time I kept on standing and using the wall.
