Reasons About Why to Stop Racism
First I wrote my opinions about racism. I then chose an argument which was why we need to stop racism. I wrote 5 reasons to back up my argument.
Next I found information for my reasons. The first reason is Racism is hurting innocent people. The second reason is People are getting accused of something they didn’t do.
My last 3 reasons are: People are getting depressed and getting racial trauma because of the hate they are receiving, People are getting bullied because of their race, and Racism is affecting people’s life and what they are feeling.
The experience was amazing because I learnt new things about racism and how it affects people.

LS1 and I went to the pools to learn water safety.
First we did back floating. Back floating helps us breathe when we float. To back float keep your head facing up, stomach above the water, hands beside your side, and kick.
Next we did back strokes. To backstroke, float on your back and do arm circles backwards.
To finish up we did a dolphin dive. To do a dolphin dive, put your hands on top of each other and dive so you can touch the floor.

Persuasive Language
First we watched videos about how to argue properly and persuasive writing.
Next we did an activity to show that everyone's perspective is different. For example you might see a six from one end and a nine from the other depending on where you are standing. Or you might see an 81 from one end and 18 from the other.
Lastly we made a poster about persuasion with examples 6 and 9.
The experience was amazing because I learnt a lot about persuasion to help me when I am writing a persuasive speech.
