I read a rua tekau pages of a pukapuka called The Tree Hut Treaty.
It is about 4 kids Tia, Manaia, Crystal and Jack building a tree hut, but the argue about who owns the tree. Soon they used their knowlegde about The Treaty of Waitangi and made rules for their tree hut.
I enjoyed this story because it shows that arguing will never get ahead, but if you work as a team then there will be no problems.
Tena koe Mercy, he tino pai to mahi, your work is very good incorporating te reo Maori - is 20 pages the whole book? I really like your reflection on the story, arguing isn't always helpful and teamwork does get results.
